NEW: Colouring the City - Abridged Hong Kong Street Art
At the end of March more than 30 graffiti and street artists from all around the globe came together for the 5th edition of HKWalls, Hong Kong’s one and only street art festival. For over a week, the streets were filled with the buzz of creation and the smell of paints and aerosols. The excitement of the festival is now over and the smell of fresh paint has evaporated but what remains is an impressive array of wonderful art works.
Coloring the City will take you on a insightful journey past the newly created murals in the districts of Central and Sheung Wan. Your tour guide Alex conducted the official HKWalls tours this year and is excited to share all her knowledge about street art, the festival, its artists and their works with you during this tour.
